About Tak-Seng Lodrö

Dr. Lodrö has avidly studied psychology, relationships, social issues, spirituality and philosophy for over 30 years. His daily journaling practice has been his primary writing outlet, but this has often taken the form of essays. He firmly believes in the healing and growth promoting power of continuously educating ourselves through the sharing of knowledge, experience and our personal narratives.
